Okay, so, a while ago I found BabyLondonStar's tutorial ([link]) for making dolls. And at the time I was painfully obsessed with Shaun of the Dead. So! I took it upon myself to make a Shaun. I made a few mistakes, and in the second incarnation I, of course, had to make Dean.

I mean, come on. It's Dean.

I'll do some more detail pictures later, but Dean has his ring, the elephant hair bracelet on his right wrist, and pockets on his jacket. His pendant is some temporary thing I found lying around to use until I can make a real replica of the one he wears. His hair is also rather intricate but it doesn't show up here. Oh! And he's wearing distressed jeans. Lawl. Because he's Dean muthafuckin Winchester and that is how he rolllssss...

Shaun's shirt includes realistic blood spatters, his nametag (Hello, my name is SHAUN), and he definitely had a cricket bat but I lost it like a year ago. Pfft. He also does not have fingers like Dean does, but the first time I made one of these I rather sucked at it, so...

Anyway, I found it cute afterwards that they both kill evil things, and I imagined the conversations they might have about zombie-bashing techniques.

Sam may very well be next, although Teufel's been waiting a looong time for his turn. We'll see. I have waaay too much time on my hands.

Materials: Felt, denim (blue and black), sharpies, iron-on patches, stuffing, blue and red cotton t-shirt material, thread, nail polish (blood), black cord, etc.
Time: Probably like 10 hours for Shaun, 7ish for Dean this time around.
